Missing synced transactions? Read this first.
Most missing transactions resolve themselves automatically. Before submitting a ticket, please note how our bank syncing works:
- Once-a-day updates: Most banks only send us data once every 24 hours.
- No weekend syncing: Banks pause updates on weekends and holidays. A transaction made on Friday night usually won't appear until Monday or Tuesday.
- Check your status: Go to the Bank Connections section of your Account Settings to view your status. If you see a Green or Yellow dot, your connection is perfectly healthy... just sit tight!

If your status is Red, or a transaction has been missing for more than 4 business days, please proceed. (Tip: Please include the Bank Name along with the date, amount and description of a missing transaction in your message so we can help you faster).
